Many of you who have open adoptions with active birthfathers have
requested birthfather cards. So here are a few cards just for bdads!
All cards are printed on high quality
card stock and come with an envelope. Cards are $3.00 each plus shipping and
handling. Allow up to 7-10 days for shipping and delivery.
Note: I have received several emails asking if there is a "Birthfathers Day"
similar to Birthmother's Day. As far as I know, there is not a wide spread,
recognized day for bdads as their is bmoms. But that doesn't mean you can't send
a card for active bdads the day before Father's Day (which would be June 17th)
just as you do with bmoms on the day before Mother's Day!
Card Number 1 - Rockin' Birthdad
This card is appropriate from just about anyone to the birthdad. It is a half
fold top card and is printed on white cardstock. It features fun music notes and
a jazzy blue guitar.
The inside reads,
"You rock"
Card Number 2
- Lucky
This card is appropriate from a child to his/her birthdad. It is printed
on white cardstock and is a side fold card. It features fun dice and says,
"I'm so lucky" in a playful, childlike font.
The inside reads, "to have you for my Birthdad!"
Card Number 3 - Frog 'n
Friends
This card is appropriate from a child to his or her birthdad.
This playful and fun card is a top fold card and is printed on white cardstock. It
features an adorable frog and dragon fly friends and says,
"Birthdad, I'm sending over a lil' frog to say..."
The inside reads, "Have a "toadally" awesome
day!"
Card Number 4
- World's Best
This card is appropriate from the adoptive family or the child to the
birthdad and is a top fold card printed on white cardstock.
The inside reads, " You are out of this world!"
Card Number 5 - Number 1 Bdad
This card is a top fold card and printed on white card stock. It features
a trophy for winning birthdads. The trophy reads, "#1 Birthdad."
The inside simply says,
"You are the best!"
